We're still trying to figure out exactly how to do this project, and what the blog will look like. For now, here's a quick preview: Michelle wants to cook through The Professional Chef, the Culinary Institute of America's textbook and cookbook. Laurence is going to help out, and blog about it. Together, we're hoping to learn a lot about cooking and eat a bunch of tasty food too.
Along the way we'll cook through all sorts of tasty recipes, probably refer to other cookbooks and culinary-themed books, and of course the websites and twitterfeeds of our favorite chefs and restaurants.
We'll probably try to put ads up here to pay for some of the ingredients. We'll see about that.
We'll need some sort of lawyered-up text that says this properly, but for now you should know that we're blogging for ourselves, not our employers (Google, Wikimedia), and we're not affiliated with the CIA either.
